Hi, I’m Jimmy. I build things. Sometimes that’s software. Sometimes it’s a business. Sometimes it’s a website, a photograph, a story, or an idea that refuses to leave me alone.

The most interesting ideas rarely arrive fully formed. They take shape one step at a time through curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to begin before everything feels ready.

Professionally, I’m a software engineer focused on solving problems through software and designing systems that support people and organizations. Much of my career has been shaped by Laravel and its philosophy of craftsmanship, though my interests extend well beyond software.

I’ve always been drawn to the process of making things. Whether through writing, photography, design, entrepreneurship, or technology, I’m fascinated by how ideas evolve and eventually become something real. In many ways, they’re all part of the same pursuit: exploring possibilities, learning along the way, and creating things worth sharing.

Above all, I’m a husband, father, Army veteran, and follower of Jesus Christ. I’m currently building, learning, and documenting the journey as I go, trying to be faithful with what’s in front of me and trusting God with what comes next.
